  • The “Course Name” is as it should appear on the course certificate
  • The “Venue Name” is as it should appear on the course certificate
  • Delegates names must be in the format they want it to appear on their certificate
  • Delegates emails must be correct – if not they will ‘bounce’ and they will not receive their certificates
  • All fields marked * are completed
